How to order funeral flowers

  1. Get in touch with the date and time of the service, the funeral director name and address, and anything you have in mind. Colours and favourite flowers help to create a bespoke arrangement.
  2. Receive a no-obligation quote, with guidance on what will look its best at that time of year.
  3. Your tribute is made to order and delivered to the funeral director or venue ahead of the service.

As each design is bespoke, and ordered in especially for you, a minimum of 5 days notice is required for funeral flower orders. This is to ensure flowers will be open and looking their best on the date of the funeral.

From spring to autumn, tributes are led by flowers grown here in Langton Green. Through the winter, designs are made with flowers sourced to suit the design and any particular flowers you would like included. Honest guidance is always offered on what is looking its best for your date.

Foam-free, low-waste and eco funeral flowers

Every tribute is made without floral foam. Designs are mostly moss-led, using natural moss and biodegradable mechanics where needed, so the flowers can return naturally to the earth.

That makes them suitable for most eco funerals, including natural and woodland burials, where plastic and floral foam aren't wanted. If you're planning an eco funeral, mention it when you get in touch and the tribute can be designed to suit the venue's guidelines.

Why are your funeral flowers different?

Most funeral flowers are made in floral foam, a single-use plastic that doesn't biodegrade and breaks down into microplastics. Every TW Blooms tribute is foam-free, moss-led and as biodegradable as possible. Each one is made to order around the person being remembered, with flowers timed to be open and at their best on the day.

How much notice do you need?

Please allow a minimum of 5 days. Flowers are ordered in for each tribute, so they are open and at their best on the day. If the date is sooner, get in touch and we will let you know what is possible.

Can you work with the funeral director?

Yes. Flowers are delivered direct to the funeral director or venue.

Are your funeral flowers British-grown?

From spring to autumn, many of the flowers in each tribute are grown here in Langton Green. In winter, flowers are sourced from growers in the UK and overseas to suit the design or a specific request. Happy to talk through what is available for your date.

Are your funeral flowers suitable for eco or natural burials?

Yes, for most eco funerals. Tributes are foam-free and most are fully compostable as standard. Burial grounds and venues have their own rules, so mention yours when you get in touch and the design can be adjusted to suit.
